Description:


Pb92.5Sn5Ag2.5 is a high-lead solder with high melting point (287/296℃) and high lead content [w(Pb)>85%]. It is a high-temperature soldering material with good flow and corrosion resistance, good mechanical properties and process performance, and low cost. It is still irreplaceable in the current brazing field; adding an appropriate amount of Ag to high-lead solder can improve the heat-resistant temperature of the brazed joint, so that it can be adapted to high-power devices. The package has high reliability requirements for solder.
